Before You Book
What if weather is bad on my booking day?
We monitor conditions up to 72 hours in advance. If wind, rain, or visibility prevents a safe, quality flight, we'll reschedule at no penalty. Your deposit is fully transferable.
Do you fly near Calgary's airport (YYC)?
Yes. We handle all NavCanada airspace authorizations for controlled zones — including zones near YYC and Springbank (YBW). This takes 1–3 business days advance lead time for digital authorizations.
How do I receive my files?
Via a private, password-protected cloud link (Google Drive or WeTransfer). Files are available for 30 days. We can also deliver on USB drive for an additional fee.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes — a 50% deposit secures your flight date. The balance is due on delivery of final files. We accept credit card, e-transfer, and invoice payment for commercial clients.
How far outside Calgary do you travel?
Up to 200km from Calgary city centre with no travel surcharge for distances under 60km. Canmore, Banff, Drumheller, Lethbridge, and Red Deer are all serviceable — contact us for exact travel rates.
